Printkeg Return, Refund & Reprint Policy
As part of our Printkeg Promise, we stand behind every order with a 100% satisfaction guarantee on most printing products, as long as you added a digital proof for each art file to your order. If something isn't right, you may qualify for a free reprint or a full refund within 30 days — and in most cases you won't even need to send anything back. Large projects and booklet orders may be excluded, since our internal review process is more critical before those go into production.

Print quality guarantee
If you're unsatisfied with your prints, email a few photos to contact@printkeg.com so our team can review them. Your photos help us troubleshoot defects and produce improved replacements. In most cases, we'll reprint your order at no cost to you.
There is one requirement for reprints and refunds based on color accuracy: you must order a digital proof for each print on your order. Large projects and booklet orders may be excluded, since our internal review process is more critical before production begins.
Damaged shipments
If the shipping carrier damages your prints, we'll resend them to you right away. We only ask that you email a photo of the damaged package to contact@printkeg.com — UPS and USPS require this when we file a carrier claim.
Please report any shipping damage within ten business days of receiving your order. We recommend inspecting your packages as soon as they arrive.
Delayed or late orders
Occasionally we run into unforeseen delays that may be inconvenient. We do everything we can to help customers hit their deadlines. Because each item is made to order, we generally don't issue refunds for orders received or shipped past estimated ship dates — but if a delay is on our end, reach out and we'll work with you to make it right.
If your project has a hard deadline, please include the date and any related details in the instructions area of your order. If we anticipate a delay, we'll try to email you a notification with the option to cancel before printing or shipping occurs.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled before production begins receive a full refund. Once an order reaches "In Production" or "Printed" status, the materials are already being customized, so cancellation is no longer available — though if there's an issue with the finished order, our reprint and refund guarantee still applies.
Refunds
For approved refunds and cancellations, please allow up to ten business days for the credit to appear. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For billing questions, feel free to contact us by phone or email.
Returns
Because every print is custom-made for you, you'll rarely need to return anything — if there's a problem, we'll make it right with a free reprint or a full refund. What if I made a mistake in my own file?
Reprints and refunds based on print or color quality require that you ordered a digital proof for each art file. The digital proof is your chance to confirm everything looks correct before we print, so we strongly recommend adding one to every order.
Can I cancel my order?
